Now measuring body fat %. God only knows whether the scales are correct, but today they're at 22%. I need to get it down to 18.4%. One further note: I stopped counting when I started to get comfortable with my diet and weight, but over 2-3 months the exercise has fallen into disrepair and the shirts are starting to feel tighter again. Time to start counting...
