Did awful again yesterday, but today I am pumped and ready to eat on my diet again. I brought my lunch for work and brought food for tonight when I go to the studio to work on our album. This way I have no excuse to eat nasty food like McD's

I find my best days are when I plan ahead and bring my own food to work. Today is a new day to begin eating healthy and moving more. I hear you though some days are just harder then others. Good luck to you!
