Had an awful weekend. Ate way off my diet, trying to regain it this morning gonna hit the gym today with a vengence. Toughest thing is balance my busy schedule with being a musician. Well, and my friends trying to get me drunk. lol

I hear ya... weekends are my biggest challenge the socializing always seems to involve alcohol and food.
