O crap I am hurting like the boy tied to the whipping post. Went looking for auto parts at a buy here pull here place where you go out and look for what you need and then take it off yourself. Three hours of this on next to no sleep. I also discovered that a chicken-almond salad with apples with a lite vinaigrette dressing is like huge on carbs and cal's, this I didn't know till after. Any way I'm just not in the mood to be online any more for a while so off I will go. I think I see some pain med's in my very quick future right after a chicken marinara. Good night all time for some set ups, leg lifts, and so on.

I have made mistakes like this !! I was hungry as heck one day and pulled thru mcd's and got a premium bacon ranch chicken salad with ranch dressing. I could have ate a 6 piece mcnugget for fewer carbs than the salad !! Without the dressing ! Newman's Own Ranch packet weighed in at a hefty 11 carbs !! I threw that crap out the window !

I understand that, ya know for a salad it should be better than what it is. I ate one from Wendys with almonds, apples, and things and man was I surprised when I seen the carb load, wow no good deed go un punished lol.
