Great workout with 6.5kg weights. I underestimated her so did deadlifts when she did her second round of sumo deadlifts/squats (thinking she was going to leave them out) - so I ended up having a double helping of deadlifts, but they are still my go-to faves!
Scale says 68.9kg this morning so there is hope for a drop of some sort by Friday. I only managed one workout last week and daily average calories ended at 1829. Walked every day, but two, I think. Still aiming and trying to get down to 1700 calories, but I still struggle. But, I'll keep trying! Lost 1.7kg last month in total (from my unrecorded highest weight at the start of the month) - so if I can do the same this month that would be amazing.
