I think my cravings are gone. I walked in a store yesterday and didn't even think twice about the junk on the shelves, it's such a good feeling knowing I don't want or need that stuff. The exercise I am finding a little hard, my legs burn when walking up stairs. I think it is because I have no muscle tone...hopefully this goes away soon.
