so what seems to happen with me is that my weight goes back up when I'm "bound up", and then my system adjusts and the weight comes back down. Knowing this I'm not going to stress so much about a pound or two gain in one day, will wait until the next day to see if it really is a concern.

Still, the splurging has caused me to be back above where I was. This weekend will be hard - traveling to a soccer tournament, so lots of fast food or eating out. I'm going with Subway tonight, so I'll start off healthy and we'll see how the weekend ends up!
231.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 91.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I have the same "bound up" issue. I'm going like 4 days between "visits". Might I suggest the flat bread at Subway, less carbs and calories and I honestly think it tastes better then their breads. Qudoba is another good fast food place, Chicken Taco salad and don't eat the shell, the shell is more calories then the salad. Steak and Shake and Arby's are also not bad places calories wise, from my research anyway.

I've not tried the flat bread, maybe I'll give that a try! I usually choose anything with grilled chicken breast, and do salads - although they can get you with the calories too!

Like the tip about the flat bread! Being on the go with sports can be tough. Running at high speed trying to keep everyone happy. Good luck to you!
