Struggling with cravings still, but doing great at controlling binge eating (which mostly occurs at work, and late at night at home). Definitely working on drinking a lot of water, and focusing on healthier options. Adding more protein to my diet has really helped! I think I will keep drinking the protein shakes, or having one of the protein bars for breakfast.

A lot of times I update everything from my phone, so it is kind of frustrating to see the asterisks beside everything, when I've actually entered everything properly for the day.
