Today is all about WILLPOWER for me. I got up wanting a cheese danish, but I know if I eat one it won't stop there. I always get these cravings when I stay true to my gluten free meals. If I can hold out for two more days I'll be over the cravings...WILLPOWER!!!

Excellent advice. Willpower will help you conquer those cravings. I am struggling with this, as well, so I understand. You can do it!

the WW recipe is a good one... sweeten to your taste i liked to sprinkle some cinnamon and stir it all up........ and put it in the toaster oven yummy.....but i don't eat any toast anymore so have not had one in a long while...
