Almost missed a day in my journal, been a productive day, made a quick trip through Wal-mart. spend more time reading labels , than shopping, and found a mint, I was really missing my mints (tic tac) Got me some coconut oil, don't know yet how I am going to get it down, need to read up more on it, Don't forget to set your clock up an hour tonight. Good night.....God bless!

coconut oil and milk, yum! they are both good in your coffee, the oil is good in oatmeal, you can not even taste it. If you like chocolate, you can what is called fat bombs and that is coconut oit, almond butter, butter, and stevia and you can add nuts if you want. Keep it in your fridge and it is just like fudge. If you want the recipe let me know and I will send it to you. Good luck!
