I was hoping to lift some weights today, but I am also trying to cram 32 hours of work into the weekend. Hopefully, I can squeeze a short workout in tomorrow. If not then, it will definitely be Monday. I have finally eaten my way through the bad stuff in the refrigerator. Probably should have thrown it out instead, but I hate to waste food. It did cost me a few pounds that I had already lost. No sense crying over spilt milk or self-induced weight gain, I will just keep looking forward.
