At that 35 lb. drop today and that feels good. I'm 5 lbs. under my first goal and although my weekly weight losses are small, they all add up. Hope everyone has a great weekend and are happy with your progress this week. I continue to look at all the healthy changes I've made not just the number on the scale. It's all good! :)
