I was bad and had taco bell for lunch yesterday. SHAME SHAME SHAME! I spent a lot of time walking around today though so hopefully that compensated a little bit.
At least now I've really got some motivation to get toned and sexy. Although, we still haven't decided if we want a wedding or just want to elope. The top of our list is a destination wedding in Kyoto, Japan. But. That costs MONEY. Which, we do not have much extra of.
I started struggling w/ nausea and dizzy spells again. I don't get WHAT is up with me. It can't be dehydration, can it? I drink 5 16.9oz bottles of water on most days. Sometimes I drink less but I always drink at least 3, which is still a lot more than most people I know and they're not complaining about anything weird. I haven't been counting calories but I'm pretty sure I've been eating enough... I'm going to try to get back into the habit of counting calories again. It seemed to be the only way I lost any weight. Grr... Stupid numbers!
