I'm finding it difficult to want to eat food on this diet. I have a few slices of cheese and I feel full. I have a 1/2 cup of chicken and I feel full.

I agree. It was making me feel sick to eat for a while. Especially trying to get an avocado down. I think I need to push the veg more...maybe try that.
