Dear Diary, today I figured out 1 cup dry rice is different than 1 cup cooked rice--so I have been having in excess of 300 carbs a day for the last 2 weeks....I went up .3 kg this weigh in. I suspected there was an issue and my bro set me straight.
Will buy cup measuring device ASAP Rocky.
