Den a bit, but with great macros and no extras I was hoping g for more. Maybe tomorrow. Regular diet today.
192.0 lb Lost so far: 14.1 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Slow and steady wins the race. Better to drop slowly but maintain than to drop fast and rebound

Thanks for the support! Slow abc steady is correct, but inflammation drives me crazy. I definitely feel it today. I hate Lasix. My haul is to get off of it. Have a beautiful weekend everyone! 💜🌻

Thabk you! I AM going very slow and steady. I’d like to get back to my lowest weight since I started. I have about 6 lbs to go. Chronic inflammation.
