Today I ate:
breakfast: 3 egg whites with spinach and aspargus (yummy) tea blended with spinach, frozen berries, and vitamins
Lunch: chicken nuggets (purged)
Dinner: Chicken nuggets (purged) Couple bites of salmon 1 diabetic yogurts (90 cal total)
So not the day I wanted, but no extreme binging either. Still going to bed hungry which is a partial success.
And I bought a cute shirt at the mall =)
