Happy Saturday morning, Day 3 on the Coconut oil.Lost another pound, but I"m not sure if it's from the oil or not.I am trying to up my calories,and keep my RDA for Fats around 70-75%.Trying to get in closer to 20 ncs from veggies alone and my protein between 75 and 80 grams.I don't know how long I can play with all these numbers.It's just too time consuming. On a good note I was down another pound since yesterday.Not logging it though as I only log in once a week. Did some shopping yesterday and bought a skirt.Hubby says it looks great..NOT...too short for my age.In my OPINION, Grandmas,no matter how skinny,don't need mini skirts.LOL..Taking it back today.
