According to this site it looks like I've lost a few pounds, but I've been eating badly. Far too much fat (cheese) and sugar (liquorice, crisps ...and many more items I can't even recall)
The thing is though, as of last week I was 147lb, but I slid back into eating too much when I wasn't hungry and eating too much fat at that.

I'm now back on the wagon: more fruit, more veg, less fat, less eating-when-not-hungry.
150.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 0.2 lb a week
