A bit frustrated as I've been fairly consistent with my food tracking during the week and haven't gone over. Did 3 hour-long workouts - should have done 4, but at least it's not nothing. Would be great to reach 68 by the start of March and keep the momentum going while the weather is still great. It's always harder to get up early and work out in winter - and then the puddings start creeping on to the menu...
