Bought a new 2-mile DVD by Leslie Sansone and a Taebo DVD. I did the 2 mile last night. I looked at the Taebo this morning and attempted it, but it is very fast and that might take some time to learn and get into it, it is definitely a cardio workout. I don't want to go crazy with this exercise, but I needed a change up. On the 2 mile she doesn't use weights, but I put them in where she was just working her arms. Taebo goes slow when he is showing you the exercise and stays slow for an eight count; then, it really picks up speed. I don't know if I am co-ordinated enough to do it. If I couldn't do it, I just fast walked, stepping high, in place.
