Started out strong. I don't know if it was the thought of dieting with my co workers. Maybe it was being told what I could eat. Whatever it was it didn't work. I hit the food hard over the weekend. Then was stuck in my house with nothing to do but eat. So today I will be more careful. Eat reasonably and go to the gym.
I start 2 challenges tomorrow. Let's see how those work for me.

First, I wish you all the luck in this weight loss thing. When I go on a diet with my husband he does really well and drops all kinds of weight and I gain so I understand. I'm doing only blender meals for 2 days lots of fruit. Just see what happens . This last week I gained 7 lbs. what happened???? Let's get skinny or at lest thinner. Sometimes it's easier loosing with people we don't. really know.
