Bought for the first time an electronic scale. The old...old one was in pounds. Weight in this morning at 103,6 kg. So I started now with this new weight. Had to keep my head straight.
228.4 lb Lost so far: 12.1 lb.    Still to go: 74.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
