I am 56 years old. Was very active in the past until I was 40, but when I started to work full time..I only concentrate on the work and let myself go. Start painting last year and this year I decided that my health is a priority. Won in a competition a high protein and low carb diet/lifestyle book - Food Revolution (Tim Noakes) and then I decided it is time to do something about it. I know with the help of God, it will be a good year for me.
