Note to self: If you change your walking course to the HUGE hills and it's HOT outside, make sure you bring WATER!! Lesson learned. Walked for one hour: 7003 steps. My left knee is a little sore from doing jump rope yesterday with my boys. Mom had to show them how it's done...Mom is not young anymore, another note to self!
