Second day off the gym, tomorrow I go back then weigh in on Saturday. I have worked out what I do wrong, I stop recording food becaus ei feel bad about what I've eaten, well no more. I'm going to write it down, all of it. Thats how it worked before thats how its going to work again. Off to UK to see my boys on the 17th hurray!!
