Slept 5.6hrs in 2 shifts.

Day 14 completed of Optifast. Still no hunger. I just miss chewing something crunchy. I cheated and licked the back of a spoon dipped in natural no salt or sugar peanut butter plus 1 rice cracker to chew on.
251.0 lb Lost so far: 95.0 lb.    Still to go: 105.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
