Whee. C25k week 3 day 2 (25 minutes), plus another 15 minutes... for a total of 40 minutes, 2.29 miles on my treadmill, followed by 10 minutes of "yoga".

I also spent an hour and a half thoroughly cleaning half my house today, and am hoping to finish the rest of it tonight, although it's getting late and i still need to make dinner, so we'll see. (As the short little dictator won't allow me past the baby gate if he's not allowed past it, the kitchen and the grown up bedroom can't be cleaned when he's awake... and unfortunately, if i lose my cleaning mojo, it can be awfully difficult to find again... )

so, it was a good day, is what i'm saying.

bodybugg is back, so maybe i'll even remember to put my totals into the calories burned counter at the end of the nights. hehe.
