Just finished my night shift about to go to te gym I am developing an ear infection no wonder I've been scoffing myself silly.. Have recorded the choc or the crap I've eaten!because it's just shocking! Hopefully I can get hold of some antibiotics tomorrow.. When I'm I'll i eat 😭🐷 hopefully burn at least 3000 cal at the gym hahaha !! I wish !!
