Lesson learnt!! If I don't have sleep after my night shift on my day off I over eat 😕 noted it now to fix it :) not dwelling on this day!! just never happening again!! Disgusted with myself but moving on!!

Thank you mintybonbon.. Just feel like I let myself down and I'll gain weight if I eat that many cals really paranoid about gaining and undoing the work I put in for 1lb :( new start today :D xx

Hey girl you are not greedy - eat and fill yourself up but with the food that your body needs. Just remember to drink plenty of water and eat loads of fruits and veg that will fill you up really quickly. Do make sure you eat enough ^-^ Wishing you the best

Its not greed its survival instinct. We live in a world where food is readily available but your mind/body was evolved for an environment where it was scarce. Don't beat yourself up or be disgusted with yourself there is nothing wrong with you. You have to resist what your body is naturally programmed to do.

Thank you both :) xx I don't think I have my head around doing a lot more exercise and eating the same amount when I wasn't really doing anything so body trying to make up calories... Need help with this part :-/ xx
