6/3/11 145.2lb, 39.5%bf. Tried alternating cold/heat last night--no additional relief--possibly worse after heat. Painful to walk this morning. Didn't get sick from Aleve, probably b/c didn't have any for 2 days before. Still can't lift leg--assume something has happened in addition to inflamed bursa but unfortunately need to wait the two weeks. b/c I work in one State and live in another, saw two different orthopedic surgeons--both with different diagnoses and instructions. Now I'm left with the decision as to which I will go back to. No idea at this point.

You've been tracking your pain since around April 19th. That's a long time w/ no real diagnosis, and this continued pain. I would seek another opinion, because if there was no relief w/ the cortisone injections, then that Dr. was likely off base. You need answers. Call the first one back and explain the appt w/ the second, the injection, and your desire to get an MRI... and see if they will re-see you right away. (that's what I would do.) Praying for you!
