My walk this morning went well. 4 miles is getting so much easier to do. It takes me roughly 15 minutes per mile, so I'm done after an hour. Tomorrow I'm thinking about upping it to 5, but I'm always ready to go after an hour! But I know if I really wanna lose this weight, I'll have to make sacrifices and stay longer. I love walking though, but I hate these blisters that I'm getting. It sucks! Big time. Talked to dad today and he said that it looks like I'm firming up. Such a compliment coming from him! I told him that my next step was to get some strength training and he recommended a gym to me that he even offered to pay for while I'm in town. Can we say a-w-e-s-o-m-e? :)
