Much better day today. I won't weight myself though, because I held a binge-a-thon in my kitchen this weekend. I do not handle stress well. I go straight for the carbs. That batch of pumpkin muffins that was supposed to go in the freezer...gone. Plus, it's that time o' the month so my craving meter is on high alert. I will be back to phase 1 tomorrow because I need to refocus. Thanks to everyone who helped me out with my little situation over the weekend. Your comments made a difference :)

Word, when I get stressed, I eat sugar free reese's peanut butter cups, the serving size is five and they have no sugar in them. So far they havent' stalled my weight loss, and they're beyong satisfying. Just a suggestion!

Oh but I usually only eat max. 2 just because they do have some carbs in them.

I love the regular kind so I'll see if I can find some of the sugar free ones in Canada. I hadn't heard of them so thanks for the suggestion. Sounds good.

I am a MAJOR stress eater but I have found if I put on my walking shoes & walk out my stress that it really helps. I probably sound like a mad woman pounding the pavement & muttering about whatever is stressing me under my breath BUT it truly helps me clear my head & refocus. Good luck- my little guy is a preschooler & I am already scared of the teenage years!!

Only 6 pounds to go! Good for you. Don't beat yourself up for a bad weekend, it happens to everyone. What's important is that you are going to get yourself back on track.
