This is becoming a breakfast favorite. 1c frozen blueberries, 1/2 c frozen strawberries, 1/4 c walnuts, 1/4 c soy milk for 460 calories.

A great way to start the day! I'm also big on soy and would have a hard time meeting my protein needs without it. I did have a concern when I went plant-based, because I take thyroid hormone (mine was removed), but I ran it by my endocrinologist and he gave me the go code

Thanks @HCB. That feels good. @Erq,, I have just learned about coconut aminos, and am trying to learn how to use it. I have mainly used Bragg’s amino acids but I think the coconut can be less ?overpowering in delicate. Let me know what you think.
