Mother Nature does not hide itself. I've never really tracked the pre, during and post gain/loss. But now that I have joined this sight, I can definitely see trend regarding my weight gains/losses.

I agree - I have been on for a very long time and it keeps me accountable to myself so I NEVER give up making healthy changes for me!

Thanks ClassicRocker, LindaLee14 and HCB; I kind of quit adding my foods, etc and exercise... but I do know that when I continuously add my foods / exercise I can see the calorie count and sometimes, I just plain flat feel guilty!!! Then HORRIBLE.

Entering our food and exercise is called "keeping ourselves honest". After a time, you learn to adjust and correct your eating which will help with your loss.
