I havent enetered a weigh in lately as it is remaining pretty much constant . Some days 176 some days 174.(goal was 175) I think I may adjust goal to 170, but I may do that after my vacation. Going to Disneyland with the fam next week. I honestly plan to let loose a little, but also to stick to what I am doing for the most part. Ill be concious of what I am eating, as it cant be helped at this point! We are bringing a lot of our own munchies for health and financial reasons. Michael Eisner ids making enough off of my ticket price! Probably wont be logging much as I plan to take a vacay from the ol' PC as well

I hope you all have a great time at Disney. Enjoy your time away from the PC and FS for a while. I have a phone app so when I am way I just log my food as best as I can. If you gain a little, you know how to work it off later when you get back now. Enjoy yourselves!

I'm definately a crackberry addict too! time off is not always to bad. As long as you accept it and are good in your eating while gone, or accept you will gain weight and just deal with it to get rid of it when you are back you should be good. People seem to stress oh I gained 5 lbs. Well yeah it happens and you can lose it too. I'm just a pragmatist:)

I myself am a crackberry addict and since I got the torch it has gotten way worse. Enjoy your vacay, and make a plan for when you return!

I just got back from vaca. Since I'm so new at this, I was afraid I'd lose control if I didn't log things. So, I got a little bitty notepad and wrote everything down. Simply knowing that I had that notepad, and was forcing myself into being honest, kept me from indulging in "bad" things. I'd buy a piece of cheese pizza and savor the first few bites, then realize how huge it was, and then look again-a full quarter of a 14" pizza had been handed to me. So, I ate half of it and chucked the rest. And wrote it down. I went to Disneyland in 1967...then the more adult-oriented Epcot Center in 1984 and then again 1992. Disney does an amazing job of creating entertainment. That should keep your mind occupied enough to avoid any temptation for "boredom eating". Enjoy!
