This is such a good option for a plant based protein source. This is actually a “small” individual package of edamame for steaming. They come six in a package. The nutritional label says a serving is one whole package (142 gm), but it is 3-4 for me. Steam them and add to salad. they are good addition. I also eat the dry roasted and lightly salted ones by the same manufacturer as part of a granola concoction that I make. Be open to these small changes and/or additions to your normal way of eating. Protein is hard to get enough of without eating a lot of meat. The brand is SEAPOINT FARMS . Also check out the fiber and potassium

Wow, that's an amazing amount of fiber and protein. I don't think about edamame when I want a snack, but I have some in my freezer now that I need to use. Thanks for bringing this to my attention!

I like the frozen ones in salads too but, like you, not a whole package. I don't like the dried ones.
