I have been loosely following a low carb diet. I do not eat pasta, bread, rice, pototoes, cookies.
I eat sugar-free candy, meat, lots of salads, I love vegetables and fruits.
I eat an occasion small piece of cake (special occasion).
I bike to work and back whenever I can.
Trying to get exercise up. Would love to get portions down.
I have lost a lot over the past few years. At my highest, I was pushing 231. I am now at 158. I lost 31 lbs last summer and I went up some over the winter.
I got down to a size 8 and had an identity crisis of some kind. I cried in a dressing room. Has this happened to anyone else?

Yes, it happens to many people. It takes time to get used to your new body. Congrats on the loss though, I'm sure you look amazing.
