I have been loosely following a low carb diet. I do not eat pasta, bread, rice, pototoes, cookies. I eat sugar-free candy, meat, lots of salads, I love vegetables and fruits. I eat an occasion small piece of cake (special occasion). I bike to work and back whenever I can. Trying to get exercise up. Would love to get portions down. I have lost a lot over the past few years. At my highest, I was pushing 231. I am now at 158. I lost 31 lbs last summer and I went up some over the winter. I got down to a size 8 and had an identity crisis of some kind. I cried in a dressing room. Has this happened to anyone else?
