Run/walk intervals followed by Chinese takeout. I did not stretch after my run Monday and found myself very tense, stiff, and slow on today’s run. PSA on how important stretching and yoga is!

Sure buenita, you can do it if you want to! I started back up with a program called couch to 5k, this is a good way to get into running slowly
