So...oops. I meant to carb cycle for two weeks. Well two weeks became two months. 20 pound weight gain back. Too many nights of eating everything dead or seriously subdued. Today is a water/stock fast til dinner then taco bowls. A quick low carb reset day to get back onto the keto train. I hate that I ignored my body but it stops now.
