Went over my calories for the day. Fatsecret has me at 2900 so I dropped it to 1800 but I've averaged 1500 for the month so far. I actually went over on purpose to shock my system. I had a huge loss last week but have hit a plateau. I am also changing my weekly weigh in to Sunday so my weigh ins will match up with my challenge reporting day. I am cutting back a bit today to make up for yesterday's big eating day. Looking for a loss this "Super Bowl" Sunday. Go Seahawks!
