Still getting used to this site. I just started my weight loss journey on the 6th of this month. I am working with a personal trainer at our local crossfit 3 days a week. I am loving my workouts tremendously! My biggest hurdle is my eating habits. Because of my past along with deeply ingrained habits, it feels impossible to plan and prepare meals for myself. It is my inclination to go for quick foods that do not require much thought... fast foods and frozen meals. Now that I am determined to be healthy, I am trying so hard to pick the better choices. But I will be needing help for a while in that process.
