I am 28 years old. I got married in July of 2006 and have since gained 100 pounds. At the beginning of this year I joined crossfit and started working with a personal trainer 3 days a week. I haven't had an official weigh yet, but according to my home scale I have lost about 6 pounds so far. I'm really working on changing my eating habits as that is my biggest obstacle to getting healthy. Hopefully this will help.
