I did well yesterday. Picked up a beef kabob plate, but skipped most of the rice pilaf and did not eat the roll. No coffee either, just green tea. Just had some oatmeal with stewed cherries and peaches and a little granola. I should check the sugar content of that granola, but I feel great today! Falling off the wagon was a good wake-up call for me. I can see such a dramatic difference, and I don't want to feel like shit again.
