236! Wow, that feels good to see. At my highest I've seen 244, and that wasn't that long ago. Really, really want to see 234 - 5 lbs down from where I started on this site - so going to try and be good this weekend, and hope to be there on Tuesday!

It's a holiday weekend, so either fortify yourself by having healthy snacks with you at all times, or cut your portions so that when you do indulge it doesn't hit you as hard. And above all, don't feel bad if you fall off the bandwagon. The initial *thud* from the fall may hurt, but that wagon is really slow and it's easy to get back on.

I know I'll have to steel myself mentally to make it through this holiday weekend. These outside BBQ type holidays are full of my previous favorite foods.... Walking around the neighborhood smelling this is going to be quite the challenge. My solution will hopefully be, weigh myself often (like 10 times a day) to remind me why I'm doing this and eat a lot of my favorite veggie. But Congrats on 236! That's so amazing and in such little time!
