Still been ridding my bike to and from work during the week, this is a good cardio exersise although I still need to get more weight training in as well. Eating has still been good, I just think I need to step up the exersise and the results will speak for themselves. I recently purchased the ABS Diet book as recommended in mens health, Im gonna read over that and see if I can get a boost to lose the last 25 pounds.
