I feel really good about myself. I think I may have (for now) got over the worst of giving up cigarettes, I know its only four days but I feel really positive. I am also not fool enough to think that thats that and I'll never want one again or that the cig-junkie in me isn't going to come out if I have a drink, of course not I'm not a fool but lets enjoy it while I can.

On the food and exercise front things also seem to be progressing, its the coupling of the two together that I'm finding easy, no cigarettes means more exercise. I'm not sure my gfriend will like me being up 6.15 every morning but when she sees the results she'll undersratnd why. The trick this time is not to ruin it all and go back to my bad ways once targets have been achieved.
