Very frustrated today - yesterday I did moderate exercise for 45 minutes, and kept my calorie count low, and today the scale hadn't moved!

Ugh
237.5 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 97.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I know the feeling! From my limited experience, however, you'll see the scale move tomorrow. It's almost like a 24 hour delay. Try to do something cardio today and I bet tomorrow you'll see some movement.
