So here we are, day three, also a weigh in which may or may not have been a mistake but 84.7 is not too bad considering the last month or so. I am still one kilo (give or take) lighter than I was when I restarted. Also, I have a weekend away in June to the beach which should be good so I want to be thinner and trimmer by the 10th (two weeks). There is nothing to stop me losing two kilos by then as I am staying away from the drink as I am STILL NOT smoking!!!! Get in, three days at 11pm tonight! That in itself is a weird thought. I really just dont want to do this anymore, the craving and the habit I understand, but I can beat them.
