Hi, I am with you about being mad this week. I lost one pound (which Im not mad about exactly) but last week my weight creeped up 3 pounds (I didnt cheat at all)so with the one pound loss it was really 4 to me but I cant count it. I hope you lose next week...dont give up we can do this :)
